Creating Inclusive Spaces Education May 13, 2026 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM ET Virtual LGBTQIA+ youth face an increasingly hostile political climate that often trickles into spaces that should be safe. With the mounting body of evidence showing a decline in youth mental health, it’s important for youth-serving professionals to learn how to create inclusive, safe environments. In this workshop, we will talk about gender, and sexuality, and identify evidence-informed strategies to include LGBTQIA+ youth communities in our work. This is a professional development opportunity and will include interactive discussions and activities. Upon request, participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate of completion. Content note: This workshop contains discussions of difficult topics, including but not limited to self-harm and suicidal ideation. All About STI's Education May 13, 2026 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM ET Virtual Over 50% of Americans will experience a sexually transmitted disease or infection at some point in their lives, but many people aren't comfortable talking about it. Come learn about STIs from a Planned Parenthood educator in a stigma- and shame-free environment. We'll cover all the basics like prevention, testing and treatment, talk about what life is like when you’re living with an STI, and discuss how to talk about it with a partner. Join PPSE educators for a workshop about the many different types of birth control and how to access them.
