Since the fall of Roe, a domino effect has cascaded across the entire country. As the landscape of abortion rights continues to shift, the experiences of these patients—who crossed state lines to seek life-saving care, who risked everything in pursuit of their own bodily autonomy, and who were unable to plan their reproductive future in the way they deserved—illustrate how fragile the system is, and how devastating the consequences can be.

Join us for another meeting of the Austin Mixed Media for Repro Health Club! We will be continuing our journey into the Gilead Universe with “The Testaments” by Margaret Atwood. This month’s discussion will explore the power of rebellion and resistance in the death of totalitarian regimes, and if there are lessons to be learned for advocacy in our own political landscape. This club is meant to be a safe space and we are working with local shops whose mission align with Planned Parenthood. We would love for you to come connect, share, and be part of the conversation!
