PPCWNY Monthly Access Report Education September 25, 2025 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM ET Virtual Gathering - PPCWNY Join Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York for a monthly report on advocacy issues related to abortion and gender affirming care access in Central and Western New York. This monthly webinar is open to all supporters and will cover local, state, and federal issues, as well as calls to action for advocates.

Central and Western New York Volunteer Advocate Orientation (Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo areas) Education October 6, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET PPCWNY -- Virtual Event Volunteer Advocates are a community of dedicated volunteers across the Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York region (Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo New York and the wonderful communities in between) who are interested in engaging in consistent advocacy for sexual and reproductive freedom. Volunteer Advocates tell their Planned Parenthood stories, attend monthly teach-ins and Take Action nights, and are regularly engaged in work to support PPCWNY, stand up for their rights, and stand up for the rights of others. Joining orientation is the first step to engaging in the Volunteer Advocate Program. Orientation happens every month, so if you can't make this one, just attend the next! Please note that this orientation is to prepare volunteers who are LOCAL to Central and Western New York. We can't wait to see you!

Whether you’re joining us for our upcoming Day of Action at the Capitol or simply want to grow your skills as a supporter, this training will give you the tools and confidence to make your voice heard. Together, we’ll explore: How everyday people can influence decision-makers, tips for telling your personal story in a way that inspires change, and what to expect when meeting with legislators and how to make the most of your time.
