Supportive Work Environment

  • Health center staff receive 1:1 training and a standard onboarding process to ensure confidence and success in their roles (https://www.ppmmcareers.org/our-benefits)
  • Clinicians go through a thourough 4-6 month training that entails 1:1 mentoring with a clinician trainer, skills assessments and privileging, and continued mentoring. This support is also ideal for clinicians who have recently graduated from their program!
